Your mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.*-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz packages seem to contain binarys including debug symbols since 5.0.60:
    11M mysqld from mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.54-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz
    11M mysqld from mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.58-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz
    59M mysqld from mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.60-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz
    59M mysqld from mysql-enterprise-gpl-5.0.68-linux-x86_64-icc-glibc23.tar.gz

    Pascal,

Yes, that’s true. This is a decision from MySQL, not from us. We are merely re-publishing what they are producing. You can read the decision in the Release Notes for MySQL Enterprise 5.0.60.

    Regards,

    Jeremy
